This page explains what happens to your data when you visit this site or write to me. In short: I only collect what I need to reply, and I don’t sell or share it.
Who’s responsible
Camila Gonçalves Kohles, Voice and Legacy, 5162 Obertrum am See, Salzburg, Austria. For anything about your data: hello@voiceandlegacy.com
Hosting
This site is hosted by Framer B.V. (Amsterdam, Netherlands). When you visit, Framer processes technical data such as your IP address so the site can be delivered and kept secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact form and email
When you write to me through the form or by email, I receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message. I use them only to reply and, if we work together, to prepare an offer. Form messages reach my inbox through Framer, and my email is provided by Google Workspace. Legal basis: steps before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I delete messages once they’re no longer needed, unless the law requires me to keep them, for example for tax purposes.
Free workbook and newsletter
If you sign up for the workbook, that happens on a page run by Kit (ConvertKit LLC, USA), which stores your name and email to send it and my occasional emails. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
Data outside the EU
Kit and Google may process data in the USA. Where they do, they rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU’s standard contractual clauses, which require them to protect your data to EU standards.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask me what data I hold about you, and ask me to correct, delete or restrict it, or to send it to you in a common format. You can also object to how I use it. Just write to hello@voiceandlegacy.com. If you think I’ve handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
